Teresa L. Gordon, CPA, has been promoted to Shareholder at Clayton & McKervey, P.C., the Michigan based accounting, tax, and business advisory firm. As a new member of the ownership team, Teresa will continue to support Clayton McKervey, P.C.’s mission to provide specialized accounting, auditing, and tax services to privately held, middle market companies that compete in the global marketplace.

Teresa and her team provide new to the US foreign-owned subsidiaries specialized knowledge related to:
- Start up business and tax consulting
- Accounting software solutions
- Accounting support services
- Financial statements and agreed upon procedures
- Federal, state and international tax planning
Teresa joined Clayton & McKervey, P.C. in 2008. She serves as a director and treasurer of the French American Chamber of Commerce and is Vice Chair of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants’ International Practice Task Force. Teresa is also a member of the German American Chamber of Commerce and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
