Robert Dutkiewicz, president of Clayton & McKervey, a full service accounting, tax and consulting firm servicing growth-driven internationally-minded companies, has been appointed to the St. Vincent DePaul Foundation Board, effective September 15, 2016.
The nomination was approved by the organization’s Archdiocesan Council Board in April 2016. Mr. Dutkiewicz will serve a three-year term with the option of renewal. He joins 16 other Foundation board members.
“Rob is a man of deep faith and strong moral character who exhibits a desire to help those in need,” said Bill Brazier, executive director of St. Vincent de Paul. “We are delighted he will be joining our leadership team,” he said.
Mr. Dutkiewicz has a rich history of business and civic board leadership, serving as past president of the Association for Corporate Growth, treasurer for both Leonardo International and the British American Business Council, secretary for Cornerstone’s Health + Technology High School, and a member of the board of visitors for Oakland University’s School of Business Administration.
“I am honored to be a part of the faithful and hard-working mission of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul,” said Rob Dutkiewicz. “I look forward to collaborating with the visionary leaders of this relevant and impactful organization,” he said.
The Society of St. Vincent de Paul, a Catholic lay organization, leads women and men to join together to grow spiritually by offering person-to-person service to neighbors in need. Members, known as Vincentians, are united in an international society of charity by their spirit of poverty, humility and sharing.
