A committee comprised of MICPA members evaluated the nominees based on the following criteria: major or unique contributions to the profession, mentoring other professionals, public and/or community service, improvement to the workplace, and authorship of articles/presentations. Numerous letters of recommendations from Ms. Amsden’s peers shone a light on the work and contributions she has made during her career.
