In honor of International Women’s Day, I’d like to take a moment to recognize the talented women who have helped build our outstanding reputation within the business community – both here and abroad. I am proud that half of Clayton & McKervey’s owners are women. And, what an impressive group of leaders they are; shaping our future and the next generation of professionals, leading significant parts of the firm, serving clients with top notch service, growing the practice, and providing thought leadership in key areas of the profession. I am very fortunate to have them as my partners. Less than 10% of our peers can boast this ratio of women owners. Furthermore, our next generation of females gives me a great sense of pride and comfort as to our future.

We have created a culture of advancing people on their own accomplishments and I am proud to work with professionals who bring unique perspectives, value, and dedication to our firm each and every day. Our diverse team and culture is the cornerstone of what makes us thrive and our culture of inclusion is the foundation for our strong relationships with each other, our clients, and the community. In embracing each of our individually unique gifts and perspectives, we positively impact those we serve…whether they are right next door or across the globe.

Please join me in celebrating a few of our team’s recent achievements.

I’d like to take this moment to recognize the many women who have and who will continue to make Clayton & McKervey a success.
