Tim Hilligoss, CPA, MST
As an owner within Clayton & McKervey’ s Small and Mid-sized Entity department, Tim is focused on Clayton & McKervey’ s growing Asian practice, with an emphasis on helping Chinese companies establish a presence in the U.S., and domestic companies expand to China. Joining the firm in 2001, his experience includes entity and organizational structure, U.S. tax planning and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and repatriation strategies. In addition, he facilitates the firm’s CFO/Controller Roundtables and Mandarin Roundtables, offering both clients and members of the business community the opportunity to learn from one another in an open and interactive environment. Sarah Russell, CPA, MBA
Joining the firm in 2000, Sarah is a shareholder and point person for international tax strategies at Clayton & McKervey. She helps business owners and executive teams with international tax consulting and compliance, looking for big-picture solutions to advise clients on global operational structuring, foreign tax credit utilization, and tax treaty analysis. Sarah works with both domestic companies expanding internationally, and foreign-owned companies from Germany, Canada, Brazil, China, France, Italy, Mexico, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom. Nina Wang, CPA
Nina is a manager in the firm’s tax department, specializing in corporate income and international tax, with certifications in both Michigan and New York. Joining the firm in 2008, her client base includes domestic and foreign-owned companies with parent companies in Australia, Europe, North America and Asia. Fluent in Mandarin, Nina is a main point of contact for the firm’s robust China practice. In her role as a tax manager, she works with a multi-national team of accountants in the manufacturing, distribution, software, and engineering service sectors, among others. Her past experience includes non-profit accounting, and service as a CPA within a New York firm. Nina holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Baruch College. Eric Lin, CPA
Eric Lin joined the tax department of Clayton & McKervey in 2014 and serves clients throughout China, Canada and Europe. His work encompasses tax returns, consulting and tax and accounting research to support client needs. He has experience in foreign tax return reporting and entity start-up consulting. Eric is fluent in Mandarin, which he uses daily to facilitate client communication. He received both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from Eastern Michigan University. 用中文阅读
Angela joined Clayton & McKervey’ s assurance department in 2015, where she has the opportunity to support audits, reviews and compilations for foreign-owned subsidiaries, and 401k audits for both foreign and domestic companies. The majority of her clients are in the manufacturing and technology industries. Serving as part of the firm’s China team, Angela is fluent in Mandarin and has studied in the U.S., China and Canada.
