Well, we just finished another successful busy season. As our former president, Don Clayton used to say, “the crops are in the field and everyone is working on the harvest”. This is a pretty good analogy to what the busy season is like.

With April 15th behind us (or in the case this year, April 18th), I would like to share how proud I am of our entire team on how they came together to meet our clients’ needs during this busy time. It takes an entire team working together to make a busy season successful, and what a team we have. It is always a great pleasure to welcome our new staff, fresh out of college or as an intern. Their technology skills amaze me along with their energy and eagerness. They seem to have an endless thirst for knowledge. To see the transformation into young professionals over a four-month period is incredible. I also enjoy watching our seasoned staff skillfully, but patiently, train and develop the next generation of professionals. I get a great sense of satisfaction seeing those professionals who reach out for new challenges “nail it,” rising to that difficult challenge put in front of them. All of this brings together a great group with great service. Above all of this, they make it truly fun for everyone in the organization.

I would especially like to thank all of our clients who make our work so enjoyable and rewarding!
