Clayton & McKervey, a full-service CPA firm servicing growth-driven internationally-minded companies, is proud to be named a 2016 Free Press Top Workplace for the fifth year in a row.
The awards were presented during the Top Workplaces 2016 Awards ceremony at the Troy Marriott on November 15.
“We are honored to be recognized once again as one of Detroit’s top workplaces,” said Clayton & McKervey President Robert Dutkiewicz. “This acknowledgement is especially important to us, as it reflects employee happiness, which is core to our mission,” he said.
The survey, answered anonymously, is based on the staff feedback in the areas of leadership, benefits, training and flexibility and, according to the Detroit Free Press, is about “winning a culture of respect and continued learning.” To conduct the survey, the Free Press and Workplace Dynamics, an independent research company, evaluated questions about culture, salary and benefits, workplace amenities, and reasons employees value both their job and their management. The survey included a comment section that also captured preferences and views about their current employer.
