As an owner within Clayton & McKervey’s Small and Mid-sized Entity department, Tim is known as an advocate & facilitator for clients expanding domestically and within Asia.
What is your area of focus?
I’m focused on our growing Asian practice, with an emphasis on helping Chinese companies establish a presence in the U.S., and domestic companies expand to China. My experience includes entity and organizational structure, U.S. tax planning and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and repatriation strategies. In addition, I facilitate the firm’s CFO/Controller Roundtables, offering both clients and members of the business community the opportunity to learn from one another in an open and interactive environment. With the help of our team of Mandarin-speaking accountants, I also lead Clayton & McKervey’s Mandarin Roundtables, held twice annually to support our Chinese clients.
How long have you been at Clayton & McKervey?
