Tim's focus is on our growing Asian practice. His experience includes assisting Chinese companies looking to establish a presence in the US as well as domestic companies expanding to China. Under his direction, Clayton & McKervey, P.C. has developed two websites providing extensive information for inbound Chinese companies and outbound domestic companies.

Tim also leads our quarterly CFO/Controller Roundtables. This forum allows him to use his extensive background helping growth-driven, privately held businesses build their most valuable asset while minimizing taxes.
